Location

Frimley Estate is a high quality residential estate in the middle of the rezoned Lyndhurst block on the northern edge of Hastings. It is located within the elbow of old orchard land between the expressway, Omahu Road, and the old established suburb of Frimley.

Frimley Estate is located in the very heart of Hawkes Bay. The quintessential feature of Hawkes Bay is the Heretaunga Plains. This rich and sweeping alluvial plain has been laid down by the Ngaruroro River since the last great ice age 20,000 years ago. It is this land, historically prized as horticultural and orchard land, that is now so much sought after for brand new homes.

Six kilometres southeast is the ritzy Havelock North. Just five kilometres northeast is the current, beautiful, braided, shingle bed of the Ngaruroro River – famous for rafting, fishing, and photos. A further ten kilometres down the road is Napier, art deco capital of New Zealand.

Our current release of sections we have called The Meadows. The Meadows fronts onto Nottingley Road and runs across the open fields onto Ikanui Road. Our sales office is located under the walnut trees on Nottingley Road directly opposite Frimley Road. Looking southeast from The Meadows the iconic Te Mata Peak sits on the skyline.

In the opposite direction sits the snow-capped volcanic massif of Ruapehu and Tongariro 100 kilometres to the west.

Going further afield, Napier Airport is twenty minutes drive to the north, and Taupo is one and a half hours drive to the northwest. Auckland is five hours drive to the north and Wellington is four hours drive to the south.
